Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of the work, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Unused standard objects may be eligible for return within a limited timeframe after delivery.

Custom work, commissioned objects, personalized pieces, limited editions, and objects showing signs of use are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

If an object arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the studio as soon as possible after delivery using the Contact page.

Please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs if applicable

Natural variation in leather, engraving, texture, edge finish, or material aging is not considered a defect.
